Essence 144 was our first project with architect Murat Mutlu of INOA, who we partnered with to move beyond traditional 'luxury rentals' and create a truly unique and ground-breaking structure. We took an abandoned brick building, kept the existing architecture, and designed around and on top of it to create a structure consisting of clean, white lines and gorgeous curves. 

As is with all of our multi-family residences, the modern aesthetic of Essence is heightened by its prime location.
